It had been a journey for us to find the one we liked. We didn’t give him much choices when it came to location which made it more difficult to find one in a market like this. But his passion towards what he does and his patience and dedication got us what we wanted. We are absolutely thankful and highly recommend for anyone out there to reach out to this wonderful and charming person if you are looking for a home in the market.

Buying a house for the first time is never easy. Nishes was very helpful, informative and always there to answer our questions and guide us through the entire process. He made sure our home buying process was very smooth from going to see houses to closing process. Really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

My partner and I would like to thank Nishes for making our buying experience from interstate a breeze. His expertise in the housing industry helped us immensely in this lifetime decision of ours.
He was never too busy for any question we had, big or small. The house tour video was so detailed that we knew our decision even without physically inspecting the house.
I would highly recommend Nishes 🙂 Even after we closed the house, he was there and helped us as we were not there in person. I would say, with this house purchase, we got to know Nishes as a person who is really humble, helpful and a true professional.

Nishes is the best realtor who tries to understand what makes his clients happy. We are thankful to him for helping us to find a house where it feels warm and we just love the house we bought.
